Today’s action is about observation. How often are you mindlessly wandering the internet? What neighborhoods are you hanging around online? Do you go places intentionally or do you get led from one place to another?
Look at your internet history from yesterday (check all your devices — phone, computer). What do you notice? Are you surprised by the number of websites you visit in a single day? Are there any places you see that you shouldn’t have been spending time on?
What can you do to be more intentional about your internet use? Are there any websites that would be good to add to your block list? Or maybe use an app like StayFocused to limit the amount of time you spend on certain sites.
Talk to your Accountability Partner and group members about what you realize about your internet use.
