What Can You Give Up to Get Something Better?
Yesterday we talked about taking extra precautions in the beginning of your recovery. Today we are going to figure out which measures will be best for YOU to adopt.
Now, you might be thinking, “I don’t really want to do that…”
That means you’re on the edge of being uncomfortable. Feeling uncomfortable means you’re growing. Something to note is there’s a direct relationship between your successful recovery and how much you’re willing to sacrifice in order to get there. How important is this to you?
And remember, it’s not permanent! This can be a temporary experience.
