Lesson 1, Topic 1
In Progress

Day 2 – The Importance of Your “Why”

Before getting started it’s important to know what you’re working towards. Take some time to figure out what you want from the next three months.

Yesterday we talked about getting committed. That’s important because this will be a rocky road. Change is hard. Anyone with a New Year’s resolution will tell you so as the early months wear on. There will be ups and downs, that’s part of the course. One of the things that will anchor you to stay on track is knowing why you’re doing this and what you want from it all.

Your “Why” Will Keep You Committed

By answering the questions in the Typeform survey, you can get a copy by email for future reflection. Typeform does not keep personal information, we are using it to collect data to evaluate the effectiveness of the course.

So find a quiet place and let’s take some time to figure out why you’re here.

Measuring Your Progress

You can refer back to your answers when you have doubts, to give you motivation to continue or evaluate how far you’ve come. If you want to answer these and future questions in more detail, feel free to keep a personal journal during the course.
